ID CONSULTATION CONTRACT

• Our ID consultation chargers base on the total square feet of the property.

• We will prepare all necessary furniture layout plan , 3Dimensional view drawing and detail drawing.

• Supervision work will be charge separately.

DESIGN AND BUILT CONTRACT

• Will provide all necessary drawing as mention in ID consultation contract.

• Supervision work will be included until the completion of the job.

• Will advise client on selection of loose furniture, display items, curtain etc.

• Design fee will be discount 5 percent.
